Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Flexis ("Company") and users regarding the Welcome Korea service ("Service").

Article 2 (Service Description)
  - Travel information for Korea (restaurants, beauty, tourism, shopping, accommodation, nightlife, medical)
  - Recommended course routes
  - Real-time interpretation service
  - Map-based place search
  - Place reservation integration (upcoming)

Article 3 (User Obligations)
  Users shall not engage in the following:
  1. Misappropriating others' information
  2. Interfering with service operations
  3. Posting false reviews or ratings
  4. Unauthorized copying of service content for commercial purposes

Article 4 (Service Changes)
  The Company may modify or discontinue the service with prior notice.

Article 5 (Copyright)
  Service content copyright belongs to the Company. User-generated review copyright belongs to the respective user.

Article 6 (Disclaimer)
  The Company is not responsible for service interruptions due to force majeure. Place information may differ from reality.

Article 7 (Privacy)
  User privacy is protected according to our Privacy Policy.

Article 8 (Dispute Resolution)
  Disputes are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
